Need help with tickets?

Opting for pre-booking offers cost savings compared to on-the-day purchases. Tickets purchased on the day are priced at £35 each.

For the safety of individuals under the age of 18, it is mandatory that they are accompanied at all times by an adult while attending the show. Given the nature of the show, which includes regulated and age-restricted products, it is imperative to uphold these standards.

In the event that a children’s ticket is booked separately without an accompanying adult ticket, the reservation will be canceled, and refunds will not be issued. Therefore, please ensure the correct ticket type is selected during the booking process.

We remain dedicated to organising a safe, responsible, and secure event for all our visitors. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

No discounts or concessions are applicable to any show bookings. All tickets are pre-discounted for online pre-bookings for all patrons until 23:55 on 13/02/2025.

The NEC ensures full accessibility for individuals with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users or those in need of assistance. Each stand adheres to rigorous accessibility standards, ensuring access for all visitors. For detailed information, please refer to the NEC website linked here.

Refunds are not available on any purchases. You can read our full T&Cs here.

Each ticket is charged a £1.50 processing fee and is subject to VAT at the current rate.

When purchasing a ticket as a gift, like our Birthday or Christmas tickets, use the recipient’s name during the booking process. However, if this is not feasible, rest assured that as long as the ticket holder is above the age of 18, they can still gain entry using the ticket.
